Guilford County Animal Services Hosts Sixth Annual Howl-O-Ween

Guilford County Animal Services, in partnership with Greensboro Parks and Recreation, invites residents and their pets to attend the sixth annual Howl-O-Ween on Sunday, Oct. 25, from 1 to 4 p.m. at Country Park, 3905 Nathanael Greene Drive, Greensboro.

The free family-friendly celebration will begin at shelter 4 at Country Park. The event will feature an afternoon of fun for pets and their owners, including a pet and owner costume contest, trick-or-treat stations offering pet-safe treats, local food trucks, craft vendors and more.

Attendees are encouraged to get creative and dress up their dogs in their best Halloween costumes to participate in the costume contest and show off their spooky, silly or one-of-a-kind looks.

For the safety of all participants, dogs must remain on a leash and under their owners' supervision at all times.

Parking will be available at the Jaycee Park parking lot.
